Category Swap

Each nation received 10,000 tickets per match

However, many fans weren’t able to buy a ticket in the same category as their pals, partner or son/daughter, which means they will be in a different section of the ground

Arrange a simple category swap to watch the match with the people you want to be with…

  • Register with Swapmyticket, choosing “Category Swap” as your primary function

  • This will include a £5 registration fee - partly to support our chosen charities, but also to help put off scammers and time wasters.

  • Although we will have your personal details, only your user name will appear in the public domain

  • Tell us which match you have a ticket for and what category you are in (UEFA haven’t told people what section or seat number they have yet)

  • Tell us which category you would like

  • Your chosen matches and category will appear on a list on this site - but only under your user name. We’ll do this in the hope of attracting new fans with the tickets you need onto the platform

  • If we find a match, we will contact both parties asking if they would like to be introduced

  • From that point we’ll leave you to it, to arrange your swap.

  • As far as we know, Scottish fans who have got their tickets through their Scottish Supporters Club (SSC) membership won’t be able to digitally transfer tickets. In this case, once you have agreed to swap, it is likely that you will have share UEFA account log in details with each other (for this match only)

  • Fans who have got their tickets through the UEFA ballot, may be able to digitally transfer

Note: At this point (Jan 24) we don’t know (a) when UEFA will make your tickets available to you to swap or (b) if digital swapping will be possible. We’re basing our assumptions on previous tournaments - and assuming that a swap will be possible at some point.
