Why charge £5?

Mainly to put off scammers, but also to raise money for TASA, who will add it to their USA donations in June.

How does a £15 seller charge eliminate scammers?

We hope that the charge and the registration process will put them off, make it too much hassle or risk for them. There will be easier pickings for them on facebook pages and whatsapp groups.

Is my personal data secure?

We will store your data securely until 3 months after the World Cup, then delete it. Your data will never be shared or published in any way.

What does Ticket Exchange do to reduce the risk of a scam?

If asked, our Admin will act as an intermediary/escrow for your exchange - making it risk free.

Once a deal has been agreed, tickets can be sent on the FIFA app via Ticket Exchange to ensure delivery. We will confirm receipt of the ticket before you pay.

Why isn’t it face value

The truth is, at face value we would have had no tickets to sell. Also, may of our sellers have bought their tickets from resale sites.

We have tried to encourage fair pricing, and many sellers have sold their tickets with zero or minimal profit. Some have even made a loss.

There have been some high priced tickets, especially for Brazil, but all have been below the market value.

Ultimately we mainly wanted to get tickets into Scotland supporters’ hands, and remove the risk of Scotland fans being scammed. Except by FIFA of course, there wasn’t much we could do about that, except cut out their commission!
