How does a £5 charge eliminate scammers?

Nothing will eliminate scammers completely, but we hope that the charge and the registration process will put them off, make it too much hassle or risk for them. There will be easier pickings for them on facebook pages and whatsapp groups.

We will store your data securely until 3 months after the World Cup, then delete it. Your data will never be shared or published in any way.

What does Ticket Exchange do to reduce the risk of a scam?

We ask for address and passport number as part of registration. Once a deal has been agreed, tickets can be sent via Ticket Exchange to ensure delivery. We will confirm receipt of the ticket before you pay.
