Everything you need to know about the competition
Can I see a breakdown of the points I've got?
No – you can see the number of predictions you have got correct and your position on the leaderboard (if you are in the top 2,000 players).
There is more than one player with my chosen username – where am I on the leaderboard?
Your Order Number is your Player ID and is unique. Your Order Number can be found in your Order Confirmation email. Please check your Junk / Spam folder.
Can I change my predictions?
No. All predictions are final at the point of submission.
Can I play more than once?
Yes. You can submit more than one prediction order.
Can I see the predictions I made?
Your predictions can be found in your Order Confirmation email. Please check your Junk / Spam folder.
I can't find the email with my Order Number.
Please check your spam / junk folder first. If you still can't locate it, email us at admin@ticket-exchange.co.uk and we'll help you out.
When is the Leaderboard updated?
We aim to update the Leaderboard every 48 hours.
Where can I see my current score?

Do points from each round get added together?
No – each round operates independently. Each round is scored and ranked separately.
